Service Agreement:

When you book our services, you agree to our terms. We'll provide you with top-notch cleaning and you have to pay full amount(quoted amount) for the service.

Booking and Payments:

You can book via call, WhatsApp, or our website. Payments should be made as agreed upon. We will offer free quote with proper documentations before services.

Pricing and Estimates (*):

All prices marked with an asterisk (*) across our website and promotional materials represent estimated starting prices based on standard property conditions. The exact and final quote will be confirmed upon a detailed requirement review or an on-site survey. This ensures fair, transparent pricing tailored to the actual size and condition of your property, with zero hidden costs.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly let us know 24 hours in advance.

Our Promise:

We promise to provide excellent service. If you're not happy, we'll make it right

Safety and Security:

Our team is trained and trustworthy. However, please secure your valuables before our visit.

Feedback and Complaints:

We're open to feedback. If you have concerns, tell us, and we'll work to resolve them.

Liability:

While we take utmost care, we're not responsible for pre-existing damages or accidents.

Vendor / Partnership Onboarding:

Anyone wishing to become a vendor, partner, or service associate of PurelyClap must first complete and sign a paid vendorship / partnership contract with PurelyClap. Vendorship does not begin until the contract is signed and the applicable contract fee (and any other onboarding charges stated in that agreement) is paid in full. PurelyClap reserves the right to accept or reject any vendorship application. Operating under the PurelyClap name or accepting jobs without a signed paid contract is not permitted.
